Exhibit Hours
April 7, 2010 - 12:00 to 4:00 pm
Exhibit Space Set-up and Dismantling Times
Set-up can begin as early as 10:00 a.m.
All exhibits must be set up and ready 15 minutes before the starting time. Dismantling of exhibits will begin when the fair closes for the day.
Please note: Limited assistance will be provided by Career Fair staff for transporting display materials.
Exhibit Space Specifications
We will have approximately 35 table-top displays available in an 8'x8' foot space. Each area will have a six foot draped table with two chairs. We will provide you with a sign with your company name. Please limit your display to one that will fit in the 8'x8' space.
Electrical Service
- Four lobby booths have independent circuit receptacles, maximum 1200 watts.
- Gymnasium booths have independent limited receptacles, maximum 600 watts.
- Middle booths will not have power available to them.
