Ethics Code and Complaints Policy

At The Michener Institute, we are proud of our past and look positively to our future. We value our relationship with our students, faculty, staff, funders and donors and we appreciate your continued support of our organization.

The Michener Institute also adheres to the following policies:

Complaints Policy

This policy has been created to demonstrate the transparency and responsibility of The Michener Institute to you. The organization is aiming to always meet our own and your expectations of ethical, moral and fiscal responsibility. If you believe that we failed to meet that target, please let us know, following the process below.

We take all queries seriously and hope to satisfactorily respond as quickly as possible.

Please include with your complaint/concern, your name, address and contact telephone number and/or email address in your email or letter so that we can get back in touch with you easily.

If the complaint is not applicable to the Michener Institute’s mission, we may choose not to respond but we will inform you of our decision to do this.
