Michener’s 2015/16 KPI Results
Five Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are identified by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities (MTCU), in collaboration with the Ontario colleges, to measure college performance against the MTCU’s goals and objectives and to ensure accountability of publicly funded institutions. Four of the five KPI results are determined from surveys administered to students, graduates and employers, the results of which are used to inform program and institutional continuous quality improvement at Michener.

OSAP Performance Indicators
All Ontario colleges which offer the Ontario Student Loan (OSL) as part of the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) are required to make available performance indicator data which include the Canada-Ontario Integrated Student Loan (COISL) default rates, the graduate employment rate, and the graduation rate. One common methodology has been used by all Ontario colleges to calculate these rates, which are updated annually.
