The Diagnostic Sonographer I performs skilled technical work in the diagnostic ultrasound area. The images and technical impressions produced by the Diagnostic Sonographer are provided to the attending Radiologist for interpretation.
For regular full-time positions, we offer a signing bonus of $5,000 for a one-year return in service or $10,000 for a two-year return in service. Select locations offer additional incentives such as temporary housing, relocation assistance, and a Northern Living Allowance.
• Graduate of a recognized training program in Ultrasonography required.
• Current registration with Sonography Canada or American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations required.
$38.50 to $49.65 per hour
