Duties and Responsibilities:
Performing the ultrasound and ensuring the transducer (probe) is capturing images correctly.
Explaining the ultrasound procedure to clients in order to avoid confusion
Maintaining ultrasound equipment and sterilizing the room in which the procedure takes place.
Write reports based upon the scan results and completion
Use independent thinking, judgment, and skills to obtain high-quality ultrasound images.
Effectively communicates with the patient and the family
Extremely personable and welcoming with patients
Get the necessary paperwork signed (forms)
Efficiently process the payment from the client
Make a hard copy of images and videos (export onto USB)
Adhere to Health and Safety practices and policies implemented
The ability to solve problems and make decisions.
Maintain a clean, properly stocked work area
Care properly for equipment
Display good work ethic, friendly, and cheerful disposition
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Sell and package additional items
Answer phone calls, return emails, and book appointments
Create basic content during downtime

Candidates must be able to identify fetal anatomy, perform weight, and gestational age of the fetus.
Determine gender as early as 14 weeks
Ideal candidates could perform 2D, 3D, and 4D ultrasounds and professionally speak in front of small groups of people.
Must have a certificate in ultrasound/sonography
Minimum 1-year experience (Training can be offered - must be willing to travel)
Excellent computer skills
Must be flexible with their schedule and availability.
$25 an hour
