Cardiotek Perfusion Services Inc. is part of one of the most elite Cardiac Surgical Programs inthe United States of America. Cardiotek provides a complete spectrum of extracorporeal services at Cedars-SinaiHealthcare System in Beverly Hills, CA., one of the top heart transplant and cardiac centers inthe country as ranked by US News and World Report.The team provides support for adult cardiac procedures including CABG, Valve (bothconventional and minimally invasive approaches), aortic procedures, TAVR, OHT, lungtransplant, and XVIVO. The team has extensive involvement with ECMO management and VADprep/monitoring. Perfusion support is also provided to non-cardiac surgical specialties includingliver transplant, autotransfusion, and HIPEC.

Responsibilities include adult and pediatric perfusion, transplantation (heart, lung, and liver),
circulatory support (VAD, ECMO, and peri-operative IABP) along with autotransfusion services.
The team provides support for adult cardiac procedures including CABG, Valve (both
conventional and minimally invasive approaches), aortic procedures, TAVR, OHT, lung
transplant, and XVIVO. The team has extensive involvement with ECMO management and VAD
prep/monitoring. Perfusion support is also provided to non-cardiac surgical specialties including
liver transplant, autotransfusion, and HIPEC. This Perfusionist role is an integral part of the
cardiac surgical team providing the expertise regarding extracorporeal technologies needed in
the delivery of patient care. The Perfusionist will have the ability to share their expertise in the
delivery of that care.
ABCP Certified or a graduate from an accredited perfusion training program who is board
eligible. Formal college education and/or real world experience providing competency for
Experience in other Perfusionist services programs and groups.
Trusted relationships with surgeons, and other colleagues.
Must have excellent communication skills, be able to think critically, and work efficiently in both
team and independent settings in a dynamic cardiac surgical program.
