Medical Imaging at Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH), Fraser Health (FH), Providence Health Care (PHC) and Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) delivers integrated diagnostic services and programs that include general radiography, angiography, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, breast imaging, and other specialty imaging procedures.We employ all levels of Medical Imaging professionals across the Greater Vancouver Region, Fraser Valley, Sea-to-Sky Corridor and Sunshine Coast — new grads are welcome!Vancouver Coastal Health provides a full spectrum of Ultrasound services, including general, small parts, and vascular Ultrasound, obstetrics and gynecology, interventional procedures, and echocardiography. You can choose to work in a cutting-edge teaching and academic centre in which leading technology, advanced practice, and research go hand-in-hand, or practice in a small community where your broader skills will be fully utilized. Duties include receiving and completing requisitions, entering relevant data into the diagnostic imaging information system, preparing patients for specific procedures, and conducting examinations utilizing ultrasound and Doppler techniques.
American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certified or Sonography Canada Certified.
Must be a graduate of a recognized training program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
