We have a current opening for a Medical Radiation Technologist that is seeking a change of pace.

Duties
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Acquiring high-quality Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) scans, panoramic radiographs, cephalometric radiographs on patients,
Opening Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) Dicom files,
Localizing anatomy within CBCT Dicom files,
Following patient privacy regulations,
Proofread radiology reports,
Provide technical assistance to outside facilities pertaining to Dicom data.
Requirements
Mandatory
Graduate from an approved training program for any discipline of Medical Radiation Technology.
Must have current registration and in good standing with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO),
Excellent problem recognition and problem-solving skills,
Ability to handle stress and conflict management in a professional and effective manner,
Sound oral and written communication skills
Adaptability to changing technology, as things are constantly changing at Canaray.
Computer proficiency is a must. We spend our lives at the computer at Canaray.
Desired
Strong understanding of dental anatomy,
Ability to manipulate 3D volume cone-beam data,
Competence in Dicom viewing software such as Carestream, CoDiagnostix, and Simplant.
