Greetings Michener Impending RTNMs

I am extending an enthusiastic invitation to consider a career in North Bay (not Thunder Bay ) Ontario.

The North Bay Regional Health Center  is  a 14 year old spectacular facility in a semi-rural setting.

We are one full time RTNM short of our 4 person quota.

The vacancy was created when our previous charge technologist accepted the position of D.I. manager . She retains a soft spot for N.M.!

We are a two camera department with new  GE 860 and GE 870 CT / SPECT cameras installed this year.

No Call.

No weekends or evenings.

No local private competing facilities.

Two, on-site, Dual DI /NM FRCP physicians , of which I am one. Both are fun!

North Bay is only  3 hours, by four lane highway, from Pearson and the GTA.

A new daily train service is being introduced this year.

The NBRHC is offering a $10,000 incentive plus financial assistance for moving.

Additional financial assistance, possibly including the final year’s tuition is also available from the two Nuclear physicians.

Visitation is encouraged ! The Michener has the outstanding Northern and Rural Practice Preparation Program.
