The candidate will be responsible for: the daily operations of the radiopharmacy; performing a wide range of radiopharmaceutical procedures, including the production of radiopharmaceuticals and quality assurance testing for same; participating in and accountable for routine procedures and a variety of special procedures and functions.
The candidate will perform nuclear medicine imaging at various imaging centres throughout the GTA.
The candidate will work under the supervision of and report to the Radiation Safety Officer.
*Required to be designated as a Nuclear Energy Worker relative to applicable Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) legislation
*Training in clinical radiopharmacy
*Training in advanced clinical radiopharmaceutical synthesis, production, and quality control is preferred
* Current working knowledge of the Canadian regulatory framework relative to all aspects ofradiopharmaceuticals.
Benefits and remuneration package ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 (based on experience level).
