Under the direction of the Charge Technologist or Designate, the Senior MRI Technologist will be responsible for and provides leadership for all aspects of the technical operations and safety of the MRI scanner and related components. They will act as the primary resource for the MRI Department
Interested applicants must be graduates of an approved Medical Radiology Technology education program and have completed a post-diploma program in MRI or recognized equivalent with MRI certification; must have completed or be willing to complete Basic Cardiac Life Support (B.C.L.S) program and Level II Basic Rescuer certification; must be registered with or be willing to register with the Manitoba Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (MAMRT) and with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT). Three (3) years of recent clinical MRI experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
Days; 38.75 hours weekly; 7.75 hour shifts
$36.394 - $42.192 per hour, as per MGEU contract
