Salary - $76,000 prorated to a half-time role
" Vacation time 20 days per fiscal year pro-rated to FTE status and start date in first year , after that 20 days pro-rated to FTE for .5FTE 10 days
" Sick time - 1 day per month per fiscal year- rolling
" Other benefit banks covered in personnel policies include, professional development, float days and professional development - prorated to FTE and start date in first year and then FTE in subsequent years
" 11 paid public holidays ( Civic/Simcoe day in August is considered paid public holiday for the facility.
