We are part of a group of three foot clinics in the Hamilton-Burlington area that offer a full scope of Chiropodist and Orthopaedic services.As part of our team, you would be part of a group of clinics that values your work-life balance, provides managerial support and mentoring, as well as team building events such potluck lunches and weekly collaborative team meetings. We are looking for someone to work 1-2 days per week in our Burlington/Dundas/Hamilton locations.Schedule available:Monday or Thursday (your choice!) 9:00-5:00 (Burlington)Tuesday 2:00-6:00 (in our Hamilton office)Wednedsday 9:00-noon (In our Dundas office)Wednesday 2:00-6:00 (Burlington office)As a Chiropodist, you would be responsible for: biomechanical assessment, gait analysis, orthopaedic assessments, prescribing custom orthotics, AFOs, gauntlet braces and orthopaedic footwear; and general foot care and nail surgery. Our clinics are run with full nursing staff, orthotic technician and superb administrative support. Our Chiropodists also work closely with other foot care specialists such as Podiatrists and Certified Pedorthists.Our locations also have Physiotherapists, Athletic Therapists, Chiropractors, Kinesiologists, and Regisitered Massage Therapists on site. Certification in Local Anesthesia/Injections, Soft Tissue Surgery & Pharmacology/Prescriptions.
