Our services include focuses on pelvic floor physiotherapy, pre- and post-natal care, and massage therapy. Our staff are some of the most caring professionals in the industry. Who are you?
You are a flexible go-getter who is excited about the opportunity to experience entrepreneurship without all the risk. You are a process oriented, high achiever, but not afraid of change. You have either experienced pelvic floor physiotherapy yourself, or know someone who has, and you are passionate about educating others on how life-changing it can be. You have excellent communication and multitasking skills, and aren’t phased by the idea of answering the phone while playing peek-a-boo with a client’s infant.

We are looking for a warm, caring, enthusiastic, and motivated candidate with a positive attitude to provide excellent customer service work at our front desk. You will provide the highest level of care to our clients and staff as a part-time team member with in-clinic evening shifts (Monday through Thursday)
Responsibilities include:
communicating with clients
managing scheduling and billings
being an advocate for pelvic health
supporting clinicians and clinic operations

Core Competencies – Client Care Coordinator & Office Administrator Role:
*You will be responsible for the administrative support of current clients, scheduling and billing for appointments, and ensuring proper continuity of care with all wellness professionals
*Welcoming all individuals visiting the clinic, ensuring their comfort and care
*Communicating with clients and potential clients regarding the benefits of pelvic health physiotherapy and the other services provided by the clinic to ensure they get the care they need and deserve
*The ideal candidate is an advocate of women’s health and preventative medicine
*Technological skills and creative problem-solving are key - experience with Jane, GSuite, Zoom, and email marketing platforms are an asset
*Killer Communication Skills – Excellent Communication will be required with patients and practitioners through email and on the phone. Able to pick up on brand language as this is a crucial part of who we are at Vital
*Effortless Multitasking is a must
*Strong hospitality skills and empathy are a must
*Childcare experience is an asset- There will be times when clients require assistance with their children during their appointments
*Basic clinic upkeep including light cleaning duties and laundry
