Duties

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of foot and lower limb conditions.
* Offer customized treatment plans for patients, including care for ingrown toenails, bunions, calluses, corns, and more.
* Perform therapeutic and preventative treatments such as foot mobilization, nail care, and callus removal.
* Educate patients on proper foot health maintenance, including footwear recommendations and self-care techniques.
* Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes in accordance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
* Stay current with the latest research and treatment methods in podiatry and chiropody.

Requirements

* Valid Chiropodist/Podiatrist certification and licensing in Ontario.
* Strong knowledge of foot anatomy and common podiatric conditions.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.
* Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
