Duties
Geraldton District Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic, organized and self-motivated individual to join our Core Laboratory team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of laboratory procedures accurately, efficiently and safely while maintaining quality control and prioritizing workload.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Current Registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario, in good standing.
Minimum of one (1) year experience as a general duty technologist in a hospital setting is preferred.
Bilingualism in both official languages is an asset.
Knowledge and understanding of the Indigenous cultures/languages is an asset.
Knowledge or familiarity with Patient Information software systems is an asset.
