Under the responsibility of clinical manager, the incumbent performs diagnostic examinations of the physiology of organs using radioactive substances in order to allow the doctor to make a diagnosis. It uses techniques aimed at producing images that are used to establish a diagnosis in the case of radiodiagnostics and nuclear medicine. Given the presence and use of radioactive substances specific to nuclear medicine, the holder must demonstrate consistency in respecting ambient safety standards and comply with the strict radiation protection measures that must be applied for him, for patients and for those around them.


Requirements profile
• Hold a college diploma in nuclear medicine technology;
• Be an active member of the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CTMRT);
• Be an active member of the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT);
• Hold a valid certificate in cardiopulmonary resuscitation;
• Have a minimum of six (6) months of experience as a licensed technologist in a hospital setting.

• Possess knowledge of the PACS and Méditech system.

Evening Rotation - 2 p.m. - 10 p.m.


$36.27 - $43.17/hour
