Duties
• Move within various community locations as part of the Mobile Health Unit team
• Set up and manage the mobile clinic environment, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are
available and properly maintained
• Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Works within established care pathways, medical directives, guidelines and protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health, including medical history, physical
examinations, and vital signs.

Registered Nurse, Mobile Unit
Part-time Contract Position
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, chiropodists, and
traditional healers, to ensure holistic care
• Provide wound care, chronic disease management, and other nursing interventions
• Consults with Traditional Healers when indicated and is willing to learn about Traditional approaches to
health and wellbeing.
• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed
• Provide practical advice on daily foot care routines, proper footwear, and preventive measures to avoid
foot complications
• Performs other related duties as required
• Develop and facilitate health promotion communication and education
