Our team currently includes respirologists, medical office administrators, and allied health professionals focused on improving early diagnosis and long term patient outcomes.

Duties
Role Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or PFT Technologist to join our dynamic clinic team. The successful candidate will work directly with physicians and patients to provide diagnostic assessments, education, and respiratory care services in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct spirometry, lung volume, diffusion and cardiopulmonary exercise testing
Provide patient education for asthma, COPD, smoking cessation, and inhaler technique
Support the respirology team in managing patient care pathways and follow-up
Maintain accurate documentation and co-sign notes with referring physicians
Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow and appointment booking
Requirements
Registered and in good standing with any of the following as directed by regulation in Ontario:
College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario (CRTO)
Registered or student registry-eligible member of the Canadian Association of Cardio-Pulmonary Technologists.
RRT or allied health professional trained under the supervision of a Registered Cardio-Pulmonary Technologist.
Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologist registered with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario
CPR (BCLS) certification; ACLS or NRP is a plus
Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting; outpatient or clinic experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with EMRs (Accuro experience is an asset but not required)

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Statutory holidays off Optional flex days for charting/admin
Salary
