November 2 – 4, 2015
For the second year in a row, Michener will be exhibiting at Ontario Hospital Association’s annual health care conference: HealthAchieve.
HealthAchieve brings health care workers and business leaders together toward their common goal: improving the quality and service of Ontario health care. For Michener, this event is a prime opportunity to meet with decision makers across Ontario to profile the many ways we anticipate and fulfil the needs of our changing health system. This year, Michener’s exhibit will be primarily focused on two areas where we excel: our Continuing Education (CE) programs and courses, and our simulation training.
What you will find at Booth 10:
- An emphasis on Continuing Education and its dedication to lifelong learning. CE staff will demonstrate how CE programs support the changing health system, with a particular emphasis on programs that support seniors, chronic illness and overall quality improvement;
- A look at our advanced simulation training, including the display of Michener’s SimBaby and the Sakomoto frail aging simulation suit; and
- A “spa water” hydration station, with the opportunity of picking up a Michener-branded infusion tumbler!
Michener President and CEO Maureen Adamson will also be addressing the Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL) and the American College of Healthcare Executives during a workshop on effective leadership among health care professionals.
