Full-time Ultrasound Technician required for busy Gynecology clinic in Toronto.

Must have a Diploma or degree in Medical Radiation Technology (Ultrasound) from an accredited program. Certification or licensure as an Ultrasound Technologist is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations (gynecological, abdominal)
• Preparing patients for procedures and explaining the process in a clear, reassuring manner
• Operating and maintaining ultrasound equipment
• Producing and documenting high-quality diagnostic images
• Transmitting results and images to physicians in a timely manner
• Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining cleanliness of the examination room
• Managing and restocking supplies as needed
• Assisting practitioners and other staff members as required
