Michener Admissions Steps for Full-Time Programs

Since required supporting documents vary program to program, please visit our Programs & Courses page to identify what’s needed.
Once you’ve identified your desired full-time program, apply at ontariocolleges.ca by February 1, 2026, pay the $150 application fee, and the $55 Michener Supplemental Application fee. The $55 Supplemental Application fee is charged to cover administrative costs associated with processing applications for all programs. This includes expenses related to sorting and organizing a large volume of applications, as well as the additional time and effort required to review supplemental documentation.
Michener acknowledges applications on a weekly basis. All applicants will receive an acknowledgment email with a six-digit Michener ID (prepended by 3 zeros).
For applications to the University of Toronto Joint Programs – Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Therapy, and Radiological Technology, please visit the University of Toronto’s MRS Admissions.
Applicants to all Michener Full-Time base programs (excluding Medical Laboratory Science, Diagnostic Cytology, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (For Imaging Professionals) and joint Programs with the University of Toronto) must register at Take Casper using their OCAS Application Number (the 9-digit number found on your OCAS dashboard prepended by 25XXXXXXX) or Michener ID (the nine-digit Michener ID prepended by 000xxxxxx found on the application acknowledgment email) to complete the Casper assessment. Casper results will be sent to Michener automatically and will be used along with published admission requirements to rank applicants.
The last available Casper test date for Fall 2026 intake is February 19, 2026.
Ensure all required supporting documents — including proof of registration for course prerequisite fulfillment — are submitted by February 15, 2026. Only complete applications will be assessed and considered for Fall 2026 intake.
Applicants with either provisional offers of admission or placed on waitlist must submit all pending documents such as proof of course prerequisite completion and/or degree conferment, etc. by July 15, 2026.
Educational Requirements: All transcripts must be sent directly from the institution or evaluation service* to be considered official. You can request secondary and post-secondary (university/college) transcripts to be sent electronically by visiting the Request Ontario College/University transcripts section of ontariocolleges.ca.
Internationally educated applicants are required to have their education evaluated by the International Credential Assessment Service of Canada (ICAS) or the World Evaluation Services (WES). Credential Evaluation Reports must be submitted directly to OCAS or to admissions@michener.ca. For more information, please visit the International Students page.
Other Documents (If applicable): Supporting documents (aside from transcripts) such as resumes, applicant experience checklists, licenses, and reference letters must be submitted to ask-us@ontariocolleges.ca or admissions@michener.ca. All documents submitted become the property of Ontario Colleges and Michener and will not be returned.
The Michener Admissions Team evaluates applications between November to April. During this time, Admissions does not provide updates regarding your application. All applicants will be notified of the admissions decision through email following the assessment period (November to April).
Offers of Admission will be sent out in April to top-ranked applicants, who will be given a deadline to accept their offer (OCAS, OUAC, and Michener Self-Service) and pay a non-refundable deposit of $500 ($1500 for international students). Offers will continue until each program intake is full. If you receive a provisional offer, it means that you are still completing some of the admission requirements. Please make sure to submit all the missing admission requirements by the final document deadline in July.
Admitted students must comply with Post-Admission requirements that include Health Requirements, a Vulnerable Sector Check and agreements related to Mask Fit Testing, and adherence to Michener policies.
Tuition deposit rates are subject to change.

Submit any outstanding documents, along with your application form, to admissions@michener.ca by the deadline. All documents submitted become the property of Michener and will not be returned. We strongly encourage you to upload all documents at one time.

Acknowledgment emails will include information about received or required documents and offer timelines.
Once the application deadline has passed, a decision will be made about your application. All communication, including application updates and offers, will be sent via email.
