Bloor West Foot Clinic is a growing, specialty-focused practice in the heart of the vibrant Bloor West Village community. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chiropodist to join our team on a part-time basis. Comprehensive training is provided for our full range of clinical services.

Schedule

• Fridays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Clinical Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients across the full scope of chiropody practice, including the management of foot health conditions, dysfunctions, and disorders of the lower limb, in accordance with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario standards of practice
• Conduct biomechanical and structural assessments; treat acute and chronic infections and ulcerations; prescribe topical and oral medications as appropriate.
• Perform nail surgery, including the independent administration of local anesthetic.
• Provide thorough patient education on foot health, disease prevention, and self-care.
• Maintain accurate, complete electronic medical records using Jane EMR.

Qualifications:

• Current General Certificate of Registration with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario, in good standing.
• Licensed to perform local anesthesia through the College of Chiropodists of Ontario.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a registered Chiropodist. (exceptional candidates with a standout attitude and passion for patient care are encouraged to apply regardless of experience)
• Active liability insurance and current CPR certification.
• Excellent clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment, and education.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a clinical team.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency with EMR systems.
