About the Opportunity
Most chiropodists graduate, take the first associate role they’re offered, and spend year one fighting for patient flow inside a clinic that doesn’t really understand what a chiropodist does.
We’re offering the opposite of that.
RMT Movement is a multidisciplinary therapy and wellness clinic with ~30 practitioners across massage therapy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, osteopathy, and pelvic floor. We see over 50,000 patient visits per year and have a built-in patient base actively asking for foot care, orthotics, nail and skin assessments, diabetic foot management, and biomechanical work. Right now we refer those patients out.

Why This Role Beats a Solo Start
- A patient pipeline from day one. Internal referrals from 30 practitioners + active digital marketing (Google, Meta, organic social @rmtmove) mean you’re not cold-starting your panel
- No overhead, no admin. We own the lease, the JaneApp setup, the TELUS eClaims billing, the front desk team (two staff, ~70 hrs/week combined), the cleaning, the supplies. You walk in and treat patients
- Mentorship across disciplines. Direct collaboration with senior chiropractors, experienced RMTs, and physiotherapists who treat foot and lower-limb cases daily

Responsibilities
The Chiropodist will provide assessment, treatment, and education for patients with a variety of foot, ankle, lower-limb, and biomechanical concerns.
Compensation
- Competitive associate split (industry-standard percentage model — discussed at interview based on experience and hours)
- Separate orthotics revenue structure with strong margins
