Orangeville Foot Clinic — Orangeville, Ontario
Established 1985, Modern equipment, Full schedule, Fair, transparent compensation, Real growth path, Trusted in Community.
About the clinic:
Orangeville Foot Clinic has served Dufferin County since 1985 and was taken over by current owner and chiropodist Ali Nasr-Esfahani in 2019. We share a medical building with other healthcare providers (pharmacy on site), and serve a steady, loyal patient base built over four decades. We’re also an active student clinical placement site; chiropody students have trained with us for the past two years. A learning culture is built into how this clinic operates.
How we work together
We grow as a team, not as a hierarchy. Clinicians, admin, and the students we host all learn from each other; when one of us improves, the whole clinic does. We’re proud of that culture and we hire to protect it.
Scope of practice: the full breadth, not just nail care
You’ll see a true mix of cases:
- Routine and palliative foot care
- Diabetic foot assessments, education, and risk stratification
- Ingrown toenail management, conservative, non-surgical orthonyxia, and surgical (PNA / TNA)
- Custom orthotics with digital scan, biomechanical assessment, and gait analysis
- Wart treatment including microwave therapy
- Fungal nail therapy including red light therapy
- Wound care and ulcer management (with family physician communication)
- Plantar fasciitis and other chronic pain conditions, radial shockwave therapy, padding, strapping, corticosteroid and local anesthetic injection
- Morton’s neuroma, Achilles tendon care, pediatric foot conditions, ganglion cysts
- Compression therapy and orthopaedic footwear dispensing
No selective booking. Every clinician sees the full mix.
We don’t reserve high-revenue cases for us and pass routine appointments to associates. Patient distribution is fair across the team; orthotics, surgical procedures, biomechanical work, complex care, and routine appointments are shared.
You won’t end up doing only routine care here unless you specifically prefer it; and if that’s what you want, this isn’t the right fit. Foot care nurses already cover routine care; we hire chiropodists to do the full scope of chiropody.

Future opportunities for the right fit
For the right long-term colleague, we’re open to building something bigger together — additional locations, expanded service lines, and shared ventures. Not a day-one promise; it’s a direction we’re genuinely interested in exploring once we’ve worked together and know we’re a strong fit.

About working in Orangeville
Orangeville is a 60–75-minute drive from Toronto with significantly lower cost of living, good schools, and a genuinely friendly community. Many of our patients have been with the clinic for decades — they’re respectful, easygoing, and appreciative. Less commuter stress, more time for actual life. The drive is a worthwhile trade-off for the practice quality you’ll experience here.
