About the Course
This course prepares leaders to align their leadership practices with organizational strategy to drive performance and shape a culture of long-term success. Learners will explore evidence-based approaches to organizational development and continuous improvement. By adopting a systems-thinking perspective and applying creative problem-solving and engagement strategies, learners will strengthen their capacity to lead change, foster innovation, and navigate complex organizational challenges and opportunities.
This is a required course for the Certificate in Clinical Leadership and Management program.
Course Format
This course includes instructor-led interactive Zoom sessions, as well as weekly modules on the MichBrite Learning Management System.
