About the Course
This course equips emerging and current managers with the skills and strategies needed to navigate the transition into leadership roles and drive team success. Learners will explore leadership and management practices tailored to individual and team dynamics, with a focus on fostering collaboration, inclusivity, and accountability. Through practical tools, frameworks, and activities, learners will refine their personal leadership approach and goals. They will also be prepared to lead diverse, high-performing teams, support others through leadership transitions, and effectively align team efforts toward shared priorities and goals.
This is a required course for the Certificate in Clinical Leadership and Management program.
Course Format
This course includes instructor-led interactive Zoom sessions, as well as weekly modules on the MichBrite Learning Management System.
