This certificate program is designed to provide the practical knowledge and skills required of managers within the first year or two of their new role. It is intended to orient managers to their role and enable them to exercise the key competencies for success of the department.

The Clinical Management Certificate Program is designed to be completed within as little as 16 months with four required courses, which do not have to be completed in sequence. Courses are delivered online. Some webinar attendance will be required.
