About the Course
Management roles in clinical healthcare environments are essential to ensuring respective departments are operating smoothly and effectively within the organizational context. Managers often advance into these roles based upon their technical expertise and general knowledge of management and leadership.
The Clinical Management Certificate Program is designed to provide the practical knowledge and skills required of managers within the first year or two of their new role. It is intended to orient managers to their role and enable them to exercise the key competencies for success of the department.
This certificate is designed to be completed within as little as 16 months with four (4) required courses (select any 4 of the 5 or take all 5). They do not have to be completed in sequence. Courses are delivered online. Some webinar attendance will be required.
