Course Objectives
This course establishes foundational skills necessary for demonstrating leadership effectiveness. Characteristic challenges of leadership are introduced and explored as the course progresses. The perspectives we will explore are personal, team-based, and organizational to support your leadership development.
This is a required course for both the ‘Leadership in Health Care Certificate Program’ and ‘Quality Management Certificate Program’.
