The Medical Device Reprocessing Department recertification course is designed for professionals seeking to renew their credentials and stay current with industry standards and best practices. This course provides comprehensive updates on sterilization techniques, infection control, and regulatory compliance, ensuring participants maintain the highest levels of safety and efficiency in medical device reprocessing. Course Objectives

Upon successful completion of the course, the learner will be able to:

  6. Create accurate and comprehensive documentation for all reprocessing activities to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.

Evaluation Method

6 graded online quizzes and a final clinical in-person evaluation.

MDRD Professionals and new hires in a MDRD Department.

Currently working as a MDRD professional or newly hired.
