Application Requirements: An essay ( 500 words max) describing how the applicant meets the criteria.

Nomination/Reference Requirements: A letter of support from an Ultrasound faculty member who can vouch for the student’s qualifications based on observations during the clinical simulated semester; and a letter of support from a Clinical Educator / Coordinator / Radiologist or Senior Staff member who has had opportunity to observe the student throughout his/her clinical placement and vouch for the student’s work ethic, patient care and interpersonal skills.
